When the best time to go, how to work out the details necessary to make this type of trip work flawlessly. Well, of course that's not possible, but we have a good start to what I think will be an excellent trip.
It has always been a dream of mine to travel the globe with friends. And these wonderful people are helping make that dream come true. There's nothing better than enjoying an evening with friends. Great wine, wonderful food, and best of all, great conversation.

Click to Enlarge Today was even more special, because our purpose was to kick off the planning of our adventure to Scotland.
We started the me with an awesome Caesars Salad, made by Monique. It was great. Anne made a excellent dinner consisting of Turkey Coq au Vin, Smashed Cauliflower, Green Beans, and Potatoes. Tammy brought a wonderful Cheese Cake, and of course there was plenty of wine.
